Karla Colletto Gift Certificates or Gift Cards (“Gift Certificate”) are only redeemable at shop.karlacolletto.com. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift Certificates cannot be purchased with a Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate is immediately redeemable once your recipient receives the Gift Certificate. Sales tax (where applicable) will apply to any purchase made with a Gift Certificate.
Any refunds of merchandise purchased with a Gift Certificate, if merchandise is returned within our return policy guidelines, will be issued as a store credit or a Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates expire within 5 years of purchase, subject to applicable law in various states. There are no fees associated with Gift Certificates.
Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced and delivery to an incorrect but deliverable email address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Karla Colletto reserves the right to refuse to accept Gift Certificates that Karla Colletto believes were obtained fraudulently.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
